Samsung Galaxy Case Review
I oredered a case it said it will fit samsung galaxy s5 i received it over a week from ordering it, but it clearly says on the box that its for samsung galaxy s7. Ive been trying to get a refund slip from them they dont respond to your request. Contact me ticket number UX-149-7****

First of all, it took them over two weeks to get to my house and arrived on Christmas eve and it was not what I purchased. I purchased an item based on a picture and description for my Ipad. It was suppose to be a set with stand and protector for the case and they only sent me keyboard. My confirmation even says with stand and they told me the slit in the keyboard was the stand. What? I called them to make it right and they said I could send the item back if I paid postage and I guess wait there two week shipping times. I was even offering to pay for the additional items. It would have been 75 percent of the price and two day shipping from Amazon to get the correct item. Total Scam, use a reputable company

Screen Protector is TOO BIG... DOESN'T FIT!
I ordered 2 screen protectors, one for a Nexus 7, and the other for an iPad mini. It didn't fit! The Nexus 7 one was too big, I ended up cutting it with a razor, and I end up with this *** looking thing on my tablet's screen and cuts on my actual Nexus tablet. This company sucks, and I'd wish I read the reviews before I purchased this cheap screen protector! Plus, they make it sound so good on the description, and it turns out to be horrible. WHY CAN'T COMPANIES ACTUALLY FIT THE SCREEN PROTECTOR?! Do not but any thing from Hand Held Items. It's actually worth it when you pay more at a store or something instead of shopping online. That way, you can see if it actually fits.

Cell Phone cover
The product was defective as it did not fit on the phone no matter how hard we tired. This was a cover specific to the Kyocera Event cell phone, therefore it should have fit perfectly. The phone was $4.99 + 2.85 + 3.00 for return shipping as they required tracking/insurance or they would not accept the return. Customer service was terrible and they made me send a picture, saying they might accept the return and refund the shipping. In the end I did get 4.99 refunded, but they made it really difficult...all kinds of conditions. I did it for principle. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Asus Transformer Infinity case
I ordered a case from them for $20.00 I choose the color Black. I got an e-mail a day later stating that the color was out of stock and would I want a purple one instead. I agree to take the purple and I never get it. I contact them for a tracking # and they give me the tracking # for the one that was out of stock WTF??? I contact them again and tell them I need the new tracking # for the purple item. They send me the old tracking # again!!! This company is the pits!

Handhelditems.com refused to replace or refund merchandise
I purchased several t-shirts from www.handhelditems.com. One was wrong size. I contacted the company to find out how to get the correct size. The customer service person told me to take a picture of the t-shirt showing the tag with the size on it and email it to her along with the order number. So I did. A few weeks went by and I never heard anything. I contacted them again and that customer service person told me that I had to fill out a form and mail the shirt back to get the replacement. So I did. Weeks went by and I emailed customer service. They finally got back to me after several attempts. The person looking into the problem said he would get back to me after he located the shirt. Weeks went by and I made several attempts to email the person who was helping me. No response. So I called customer service, explaining the whole thing again. She had no clue and said she would check with the wherehouse to see if they received the t-shirt. I have emailed her twice since then because she never got back to me and I still haven't heard back from her. Oh and the guy that was helping me before was no longer with the company. I have since called customer service over and over again and I get no answer. I would never recommend using this company.
